He has a guarantee of remuneration, pooling of resources, collective labour and the ability to offer services that he cannot offer alone, like marketing or even vinification,\u201d explains Olivia Condemine, marketing manager at Producta Vignobles, a commercial entity uniting twenty cooperative cellars in the South-West. Bringing together 2500 winegrowers and present in around forty appellations \u2013 Saint-Emilion, M\u00e9doc, Saint-Est\u00e8phe, Bergerac, P\u00e9charmant, Bordeaux, Monbazillac \u2013 Producta Vignobles highlights the terroirs, without hiding the collective aspect, confirms Oivia Condemine. \u201cShould we say that our wines come from cooperative cellars, even though they haven\u2019t always had a good press?\u201d she asks. \u201cFor more than fifteen years they have been making real efforts and we should emphasise the values that they put forward.\u201d<\/p>\n
